ran about 5k today outisde in the rain! with a dead IPOd to boot....and a wicked blister from wearing new shoes....
felt good though....still took alot of breaks but at least I still got out....
Nicster, i am sooo proud that you are stickin to you 84 days...that's totally awesome!
