ran outside yesterday afternoon...only about 4 k i think...but i took a hell of alot of breaks...hadn't run since last wednesday so i was paying the price...
No ice on the sidewalks and beautiful sunshine...
Had a easter cream egg for dessert last nite...oh man those are good...and my justification is that they are only here for easter...
Plan is to run 5.5 k on the treadmill downtown this afternoon

Way to enjoy the sunshine CJ - don't be hard on yourself every time out - just get out! You're doin' it. Oh, and only 1 cream egg?? I'm definitely the worst in terms of eating on this blog so I'm not even gonna confess what I eat/drink until I shape up a bit.
